Meet Alyssa

As our team’s Director of First Impressions, Alyssa makes sure clients have a positive experience by providing exceptional customer service that exceeds all expectations. Alyssa goes out of her way to ensure clients feel valued and supported.

Alyssa has a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Keene State College and brings over a decade of customer service and operational experience to the firm. Prior to joining our team, Alyssa helped support and establish growth within Wayfair LLC’s supplier network during Wayfair’s Initial Public Offering.

When Alyssa is not working, you can find her walking with her husband Andrew. Together, they enjoy traveling to new places and spending time with their animals. Her favorite food is Sushi and the place she would most love to visit is Dubai.
